Hi,Ahmed (and everyone)

I was finishing my work with Corste-EdgeR that we talk about some days ago,
but I am not succeeding in the last analysis.


I am using the very same file that Corset provides (and also some tunned files
in csv or txt, please find them attached). I think they are in the right
format, but EdgeR does not provide data and the error file says:

Error in library(edgeR) : there is no package called a€˜edgeRa€™
Calls: suppressMessages -> withCallingHandlers -> library
Ejecución interrumpida



Since the message says that there is not an edgeR package, I wonder if it is
something related to the program version, something lacking in the new server
or something similar.


Could you please have a look?

Hi Ricardo,

Yes, you are right, the library is missing, We have installed it.

Now you can try again, just remember to select the appropriate csv separator
for your input file (because some files have tab and others have semicolon ).
