I also provide the differential genes (CSV) and the global gene set, which are
from rat. I do not know what exactly means:


bias.data vector must have the same length as DEgenes vector!

which seems to be the problem. By the way, they are the differential genes
found after the last CuffDiff you have helped me with.

I think the problem is the header that you have in the assayed genes file (genesrn-360counts.txt). Try again without this header.
