I have found an issue when using the De Novo program of G-PRO in Windows
It is inside one of the options of Annotation / NCBI-BLAST, called BLAST
search with fasta file query
When I try to access to options located downside, I cannot browse down. I have
marked the position of the screen where I try to scroll down with the arrow,
bit it does not work. Thus I cannot acces to some options, for instance
choosing the blastn or blastx that I need to program. It is working nicely in
Mac, so I guess that it is something happening only with the windows
configuration.
I attach the screenshot so you can check, and I keep aware in case you may
need further information
